Three steps. Then your space is yours again.
We took the most frustrating parts of junk removal, the vague quotes and the all-day waits, and engineered them out. Here is exactly how a job runs.
Book it
Request a time online or call us. Tell us what needs to go, snap a photo if you have one, and we send back a firm, flat price. No walkthroughs required and no pressure.
We pull up and load
Our uniformed crew arrives inside your window with the truck, the dollies, and the muscle, confirms the flat price out loud, then does all the lifting and loading while you point.
It is gone
We haul everything out, sweep the space, and text you a photo the moment it is clear. Then we recycle or donate whatever we can before anything heads to a landfill.
You will never get a surprise bill.
We price by how much room your items take up in the truck, and we lock that number in before we lift a thing. What you approve is what you pay. The only way the price changes is if you decide to add more on the spot, and even then, we quote it first.
No hourly clock running while we work. No dump-fee line items added at the end. No if-it-fits games. One clear number, agreed up front.
Everything you might be wondering.
Q1 How does pricing work?
We price by the volume your items take up in the truck, and we tell you the number before we start. The quote you approve is the price you pay. No hourly meter, no surprise fees at the end.
Q2 Can you really come the same day?
Often, yes. We hold same-day and next-day slots across Fresno, Clovis, and the surrounding Valley. Book early in the day for the best chance at a same-day window.
Q3 Do I need to move everything outside first?
No. That is the whole point. Point us at it wherever it sits, upstairs, in the back of the garage, out in the yard, and we carry it out for you.
Q4 What happens to my stuff?
We sort as we go. Usable items go to donation partners, recyclable material goes to the right facility, and only what is truly waste goes to the landfill. Our target is keeping the majority of every load out of the dump.
Q5 Are you insured?
Yes. Last Call is licensed and insured on every job, so your property and our crew are protected from the moment we arrive.
Q6 What if I have just one item?
That is welcome too. Single-item pickups, like one couch or one fridge, are a normal part of what we do. Same upfront pricing, same on-time crew.
