These terms apply when you use the Last Call Junk Removal website or book our services. By booking, you agree to them.
Estimates and pricing
Online estimates are ranges, not final bills. Your exact flat price is confirmed in person before any work begins and does not increase once we start, unless you add items or scope on site, which we quote first. Pricing is based on the volume your items take up, not weight or time. Some items carry transparent add-ons where California requires special handling.
Scheduling
We provide an arrival window and will contact you if anything changes. Please make sure items are accessible at your scheduled time. We may reschedule for weather or safety.
What we cannot take
For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove hazardous materials, including wet paint and solvents, asbestos, large fuel tanks and propane, or anything actively leaking or biohazardous. Ask us if you are unsure.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring box pickups are billed per visit and can be canceled any time before your next scheduled pickup.
Our guarantee
If the space is not clean and clear to your reasonable satisfaction, tell us within 48 to 72 hours and we will return to make it right. This guarantee covers re-cleaning or correcting the work, not cash refunds.
Liability
We are licensed and insured and take care with your property. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for items you intended to keep that were not clearly set aside before we began.
